If we (or a selected competitor) mark down the price of an item you’ve already purchased, we’ll gladly adjust the sale price at your request within 10 days of your shipment date.
The item must be identical in color and size.
The Nordstrom item must be in stock at a selected competitor and Nordstrom.
For U.S. price-matching considerations, all vendor websites (Freepeople.com, Katespade.com, Nike.com, etc.) are designated national competitors for which price adjustments are considered, along with the following competitors: Amazon (must be sold and shipped by Amazon), Bloomingdale’s, Finish Line, Foot Locker, Macy’s, Mr Porter, Neiman Marcus, Net-a-Porter, Saks Fifth Avenue, Sephora, Shopbop, Ulta Beauty and Zappos.
We are unable to match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers.
We do not offer price matches or sale adjustments on items from outlet, flash sale, auction, club, or regional and non-U.S.-based retailers, as well as “marketplace” prices from third-party sellers.
Price adjustments do not apply to items included in Limited-Time Sale, Extra Savings, Anniversary Sale, Daily Deals or Beauty Daily Deals promotions.
We do not process automated price matching or price adjustment requests generated by third-party services.
We will only make one price adjustment per item.
Designer goods originally purchased at a sale price are excluded from price adjustments.
If requesting a price match or price adjustment in one of our stores, you must bring a current advertisement or a functioning link to the item on the competitor’s website.
Price adjustments will be credited back to the original form of payment used to purchase the item.
